It’s a frustrating world at times. We can all feel a little ignored with the 1000’s of distractions readily available at our fingertips. Phones, tablets and TV’s have given us the attention span of a gnat.
But here’s a handy little trick to get someone to listen to you intently. You don’t need to shout. You don’t need to be aggressive or dominant.
All you need to do is this. Start your sentence with “I shouldn’t be telling you this”. It’s guaranteed that they will hear everything after that point. It plays into our natural curiosity and need to be part of the group.
