Whether you are driving a rental, a new car or have borrowed one, it can be a pain. You know what I mean, you want to fill it up but have no idea which side the filler cap is on. So you have to either guess and hope your right or stop first, get out and look.
Well here’s a little known thing about modern cars. They tell you which side the filler cap is on right on the dash! Check it out next time you’re in your vehicle. Look at the fuel gauge and it will either have an arrow indicating which side or it will be the side the fuel nozzle on the picture is on.
Pretty cool thing to know. Makes it so much easier when in an unfamiliar vehicle.
