Today I’m going to give you 19 great little kitchen hacks. Well, I say kitchen hacks, you can call them hints, tips, tricks, whatever you want. Some will help with wastage, others are simple little things that’ll make you think, why didn’t I think of that? Either way, I hope you enjoy them.

Use a muffin tin to make mini omelettes: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C), then mix eggs and your desired omelette fillings (such as cheese, vegetables, and meat) in a bowl. Pour the mixture into a greased muffin tin and bake for 15-20 minutes. Mini omelettes are perfect for a quick breakfast on the go. High in protein, low in calories.
Freeze coffee in ice cube trays: Pour leftover coffee into ice cube trays and freeze. These coffee cubes are perfect for adding to iced coffee, so your drink won’t get diluted as the ice melts.
