I really don’t like taking tablets. No, I’m not some big pharma conspiracy nut. I just don’t like tablets. This can be a problem when I get a headache or a migraine. Usually I have to bite the bullet and down a couple of ibuprofen. But that’s only if drinking lots of water and coffee don’t work.
