A couple of years ago I decided that I needed to start looking after myself better. I have always been on the thinner side, but as I get older, the dreaded middle age spread started to set in. And nobody needs a dad bod. So I resolved myself to getting back my younger physique.
I’m happy to say that within 6 months, I had reached my goal. But then I resolved to start picking up weights. Build some muscle. Give myself the physique I should have had years ago.
