It can be hard trying to fit everything into our lives. With the pressure to socialize, work commitments, partners, children, chores and a million other things, something has to give. Invariably, it’s our health that suffers. Whether that’s through making unhealthy eating choices. Or ditching any pretence towards exercise. But it does not have to be that way.
The 7 minute workout is just that. It’s a routine that you do everyday for just 7 minutes. Push yourself as hard as possible and see the results. Apart from a chair, you don’t need any equipment. So no having to go to a gym or even leave the comfort of your bedroom. My advice would be to try it for a month and see how you do. Do it first thing in the morning, before you shower. Then you are free for the rest of the day to do as you wish.
These quick exercise routines are nothing new. They have existed for decades. All you are doing is taking a few basic training moves and condensing them. There is no magic here. All you need to succeed is a willingness to try. Couple that with a decent diet and you’re on to a winner.
