Bodyweight training – Get fit without a gym membership

bodyweight training

Most people are unhappy with their body shape. But to change it can be so expensive. Gyms cost a fortune. As does buying equipment and using it at home. That leaves most people with the only option being pounding the streets. And let’s face it, who wants to do that?

But there is another way. Bodyweight training. Which is also known as calisthenics. It’s a great way to get fit and you don’t need equipment. It can be done in your own home or at various bodyweight training fitness parks. To find a park near to you, check out this great resource from reddit.

To get started with bodyweight fitness, I would highly recommend checking out the subreddit wiki dedicated to it. It includes a recommended routine and is a great resource for any questions you might have. There is also an Android and iOS app available.

However, for those who just want to dive straight into it, I have posted the routine and some other resources below.
